I ordered a bed online from Dial-a-Bed on 6 January 2013 and paid for it in full. The website promises that someone from the call center will contact me within 48 hours to arrange delivery. So far nada, except someone who phoned to say that they are upgrading the base due to a lack of stock on the original order. Now no one in the call center can tell me when the delivery will take place - apparently this is done by third party contractors and I get the impression no one is in charge of them. So when then? Should I rather cancel my order and shop somewhere else? I also bought a bed from you on a previous occasion and received nothing but excellent service, but this time around I'm utterly disgusted.
