I ordered a bed on dial-a-bed's internet website on the 3rd of February 2013. I paid in full for the bed, and paid for the delivery. The website said that delivery would occur, anywhere in South Africa, between 5 and 21 days from the date of payment, and that they would contact me within 24 hours. Nobody contacted me within 24 hours or at all until I started calling to ask what was happening. Almost two and a half months later I am still waiting for our bed. I have contacted dial-a-bed several times, but as yet have had no answer as to when I can expect delivery of the bed. I have even been asked if I still want the bed that I paid R12000 for! We have had no apology or offer of refund. I am now a very disgruntled customer, as I have been sleeping on an uncomfortable foam mattress that is causing sleepless nights, a sore back and headaches.
