I bought a fridge around September 2011 over a 24 month lease agreement with Roodepoort House & Home. My account was conducted in an exemplary manner and is actually paid off now well before the contracted period. The only one issue was when I changed my bank account and the debit order bounced but I made sure that payments were made manually in time. I was therefore astonished and very disappointed to find out the House & Home have somehow got a Default listed against me on my Credit Bureau report. This is negatively affecting my financial well being and I need this urgently rectified!
