Dial a Bed and Ellerines Overall Worst Service

16-12-12 I've purchased Dunlopillo Bluebird Foam King Bed Set plus Matrass Protector. I've spend almost R1000 or more using my Cellphone phoning the online orders team, Warehouse, Delivery Team & Customer Care Complain team, almost every Business days/Hours. I've only been contacted twice or three times by your teams/Dept since I bought this bed online, I have been doing the calling. I've send more than 5 emails to online orders team. I had my family landing in RSA on the 21-12-2012 and that's why I bought the bed. I've spend R800 hiring Inflatable beds for my family. Amanda kept promising me that someone will call me & no one calls me, handed this order to Wendy to handle, She has the worst customer handling skills ever in this country, more than MTN/Vodacom agents. Wendy kept making promises about my delivery each & every day I called her. I do not want to deal with this woman in my life again and please do something about her CHS. Promised me my bed from 19-12-12 up last week.28-12-2012 I finally received a bed Restonic Sensations Pillowtop WITHOUT matrass protector and Legs, few days later I received Matrass protect & Incorrect legs. Last night I received the correct legs.16-01-13used the bed
