In Dec, purchased a "diamond tennis bracelet" from Canal Walk, Cape Town branch for a huge amount of money.
In April I returned it as when my wife attempted to put it on, it broke in half.
I am so disgusted at the level of service, specifically from the gentleman manager there.
His immediate attitude in bringing it in was that it was my wife's fault, not a factory defect.
He wasted my time by waiting for 30min while he tried to inspect it and point blame at us. (disgusting, and sickening)
Today, I collected the repaired bracelet to find that I must pay R250.00 for the repair.
I am so annoyed and angry with the situation, as firstly I was not told about this cost first and secondly why should I pay R250 for what we believe is a manufacturing defect?
This male manager which I think his name is "Gavin Robinson" had such attitude and arrogance about him.
I told him clearly if you choose to insist I pay R250, I will never buy from Brown's again, however they dont give a
