Hi My Name is Mrs Naidoo, my daughter miss KK Naidoo bought a lounge suite from lewis about 2 years back, she was guaranteed genuine leather lounge suite, ever since we had the lounge suite they had to change the 3 seater twice and the one seater coz it was damaged on deliverery, . Mr smit when i told him about this he laughed to my face i also said i am going to put this on Hello Peter and he laughed. he said he will repair the lounge suite but he still hasnt collected, go to that store on a saturday Mr Smit is reeking with alcohol his sales staff us on a loaf. my daughter is no longer working so i have taken over the account, i will guarantee payment once i get what i bought a genuine leather recliner, the leather is peeling of it looks terrible, he gave me the lounge suite that was on display coz it had no plastics on when he delivered. please i want this sorted out.
