My boyfriend and I got engaged on 14. Dec 2013, with the most beautful diamond ring from Browns! We noticed discolouration in 2 of the diamonds a day later! The ring was sent back to Browns, only to find out that what was meant to be white diamonds were in fact brown diamonds! The ring went in for 2& half weeks! Emails back n forth! Apparently an internal investigation is in progress! Got my ring back today! Jan 24th! We noticed a claw around the main diamond is damaged! We are off to look at wedding venues tomorrow which has to be cancelled as we will now be making a SECOND trip back to Browns! Words cannot express our disappointment and how heartbroken I am! I have been in tears! What has meant to be the most amazing and momentous occasion of our lives, has turned into one of the most disappointing and upsetting ones! And yes, it is not always about the ring! We do still have each other! However a LARGE amount of money, thought and sentimental value has gone into this special occasion!
