Bathroom bizarre sold me a shower for R3855.00, this shower has a known factory defect on their mixer confirmed by their store manager or the person who was in charge in woodlands branch on the 18th of August 2013, they even changed the mechanism on the latest model, I suspect it is because of that defect.
My shower mixer has malfunctioned a number of times and they fixed it, now they are refusing to fix it citing it is out of warranty, how do they expect me to carry the cost of their factory defects, what kind of customer service is that to dupe their customers into paying to fix their defects.
I am really disgusted with this as It has always given me grief for the price I paid, they need to update the mixer with the latest one that they have as this one has a defect which their staff member has admitted to.
I will not rest until justice is restored in this matter.
