On three occasions now I've been to Pick 'n Pay at Arbour Crossing and items on "special" at the shelves are scanned incorrectly at the till. Not once when this has happened has the till person/ manager mentioned the "scan right policy" Pick 'n Pay supposedly offers. Today I bought 4 Frutare ice creams advertised at "R36 for 4" and they were scanned for R40. When I told the till lady, she pretended she never heard me and when one of the floor supervisors EVENTUALLY came to sort out the scanning problem (after first standing in front of me and replying to a message on her phone- at this point I'd been waiting about 7 minutes already) she too never mentioned the policy or offered an apology. The R4 may seem petty, but this is not the first time it's happened and quite frankly it's the principal of the matter.
SHOCKING SERVICE PICK 'N PAY!! Why offer a service if your staff aren't prepared to let your "valued" customers know about it- or do you just hope the customers don't know about it to save money in your pockets???
