Scan right guarentee

I do my monthly shopping at Pick n Pay, and on 29 June I did so again. However, when I checked my till slip on Monday I saw that at least two items were scanned incorrectly. The one item was a 2kg bag of Lucky Pet cat food, when I checked the price on the shelf it was R66 and the price on my till slip was R68.49. I realize that this is not a huge difference and I wouldn't even complain about this, but the other item was a 250ml Dettol Handwash, the price on the shelf was R24.99 and the price scanned R35.99. This to me is quite a big difference! I went to the customer care counter in store to sort this out. A lady took my till slip to fetch the items in question and I waited at the counter for 10 minutes for her to return.
When she returned, the computer wouldn't work. After battling for about five minutes she decided that we'll go to the kiosk counter to use that till. There were two tills, but she decided to wait in line to use the one already being used by a teller. To cut a long story short, this whole exercise took me half an hour, I got back only the R12 some cents in price difference, no apology were even offered. I sent an email to customer care on 3/07/2013 - GOT NO REPLY
