I bought Dr. Oekter tv-dinners, the price advertised on the self was for R20. Got to the till and it scanned for R38.99. All the manager did was to correct the price from R38.99 to R20.
But where does the double back come in she should have given back 18.99x2=R38 on the bill. But this was not the case. Even when I had a argument with her she still did not give this back.
Can you please tell me how this can be
