Scan right gauarantee

None of Pnp valued customers had been informed that the scan right guarantee has been taken away for over a Mont ago. Today 10/08/2013 I was in Pick n pay Bedwordthpark and as my son is very small I decided to buy him a Totem Orthopedic Back pack as I felt the price was reasonable and it would be good for his back. The price on the shelf was R699 I decided to take it only for it to be scanned at R759. PnP are more than welcome to go trough their cctv cameras to see that I did not "plant" the price there as there as incinerated. Wen I asked about the scan right guarantee I was told I could not have it even tough bar codes did correspond.
Since NO notice was given to ANY costumers about the scan right guarantee been taken away I INSIST on having it. I have been a loyal pnp supporter since I moved to Vanderbijlpark in February 2013 and will not hesitate to go to a different store if this is how they treat their loyal clients. I shop at pnp because I have the peace of mind that if my products do scan incorrectly it will be fixed. I am a very disappointed costumer. Pick and Pay is not the only store I can get my goods from. You're urgent response to this matter will be apreciated
