I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from the Sun Valley, Noordhoek, Verimark Branch. Almost 2 months ago I have asked them to order me a part of my vacuum cleaner, and yet every time I get there, there is always an excuse why they don't have the part. I have been going there almost every 2nd week asking them for it.
How long should I wait for it?
It sounds like all the other branches has it. Every time I get there they phone around and promise me it will be there next time I come in...
I have never struggled so much with Verimark, I think it is unacceptable.
