Bought WAP vacuum cleaner at Game on 2012/09/24. Realize no suction power and sparks came out of machine. Took vacuum cleaner in for repairs on 2013/01/09. Several times went to Game to check on progress. Celelia, Customer Service Supervisor mentioned on 2013/01/16, to collect machine on 2013/01/17. Went to Game on 2013/01/19, but machine not at Game. Inform to deliver machine at 2013/01/21. On mentioned date machine not delivered, ask for refund or petrol refund. Cecelia, forward to Estelle, Checkout Manager and then to Nicoleen Du Plessis, Admin Manager at last to Kalie Fourie, Store Manager. All refuse to refund for petrol. At later stage Game staff realise that machine were in store since 2013/01/17.
According to me a poor line of communication and bad management. I had to drive up and down and all along vacuum cleaner were at store. I think situation were handled very unprofessional, unethical and unfair. Where is the saying "Customer is always right"
