I bought a Genisis Steamcleaner for floor tiles from Verimark Menlyn 6 years ago. I did not use it often. A year ago I start using it as I am cleaning my own house know. When the steam did not want to come out of the machine i took it to Woodlands Verimark. They said that they can not repair the machine as they are not making it any more. I phoned Verimark headoffice and asked why they say that they cannot repair the machine because they are still selling Genisis products. The lady said that they just ask a certain factory to make a product and then put on the name Genisis on the product. In my case the factory does not exist any more. So be very careful if you buy a product from Verimark because they can not guarantee after sale service.
