I purchased a Genesis Hydro vac plus from Game in bayside about a year ago. The vacuum pipe is broken and I cannot use the machine without it. I emailed the customer service enquiring as to where I can purchase a spare pipe only to be told that spares are not available at all for this vacuum cleaner and Verimark do not bring in spares for it. How is it possible that a company can supply a product such as a vacuum cleaner and not have spares available??? This was such a waste of money and if I had known that I couldn't get spares, I would NEVER have bought the unit. Disgraceful Verimark!!!
