I bought a Bissell vacuum cleaner at Game mall of the north mid march 2013 and the machine just stopped working as the thing we use to vacuum loosened up, I took it to game and they refused to either give me a new one, repair it or give my money back, i always believed verimark products are of high quality and the service of their people will be that of the impression they potray when doing adverts but when I spoke to the rep in that store I felt like i'm in a Chinese shop at a corner street..just because I lost the slip then it means I cannot be helped but the guys could see its their machine, this is not on and I cannot believe with the current CPA in the country people still are non compliant - we must definitely take this further if verimark condones this type of standards
