I am very disappointed with my purchase and would like a full refund because I am sick and tired of the parts that break on this vacuum cleaner. I purchased it from Game. - The first thing was the cleaning sleeve cracked at the place where it clicks onto the main body. The plastic is too weak for the job. Then the handle is troublesome and also created a problem. Eventually they replaced the machine. Now after the 3rd use of the machine one of the wheels has broken off. I have been using vacuum cleaners for over 50 years- I am extremely careful and have never come across this with any other vacuum cleaner.
I am a very satisfied customer of the Clean Green Machine but I believe that they have 'cut corners' on the BABY GENIUS VACUUM CLEANER.
