Guess

My boyfriend opened a Guess account (falls under RCS) but informed the shop that he will not be taking the card due to their interest being to high, he never went to fetch the card and never signed for it, a few months ago he was called saying why is he not paying his account, he then found out that an assistant working for Guess in the East rand mall signed for the card and used it. Apparently she was arrested, fired and a case was opened against her. yet my boyfriend still gets phone calls saying that if he does not pay the account that he will be handed over. nothing has been done, he is not someone to have a bad record. RCS keeps phoning him and he is not responsible for this. He has sent them numerous emails including an affidavit saying he never went to fetch the card, but they keep phoning him saying that they will hand him over. He has complained and they keep telling him they will sort it out but up until today nothing has been done. We really need this to be sorted out immediately.
