Did you forget about me??

On 16 July 2013 I opened a new cheque account via telephone at FNB. A few days later another person phoned me from the credit card division and I opened a new credit card also. I have received my credit card within 48 hours when all things were approved and received great service from that division. But I am still waiting for my cheque card. Please I have been phoning the call centre to enquire and I was promised it will be delivered 23 July, but guess what still NO card. Please contact me!!!!!!
