CLONED CARD

My account card was cloned. I did not lose my card or give it to anyone. The person spent over R9 000 on my account at Canal Walk on ONE day (14/03/13) while I was in KZN. I lodged a dispute, signed an affidavit etc on 15/03/13. This has still not been sorted out by Edgars. I received a call to say I hadn't paid my instalment- I do not owe Edgars one cent. After 2 months this has still not been sorted out and my good credit record is at stake. I've been told I can't close my account until they sort out the dispute. There are serious security issues on their side if someone could clone my card and spend R9 000 in one day while I have never spent more than a few hundred rand on my account!
