On 12th May almost R13, 000 of unauthorised purchases were made on my Foshini account. My card has never been lost or and is still in my possession. So either the store assistant that helped me last cloned my card and helped herself, or the store assistant (s) in East Rand Mall needs to be fired for incompetence! How can you allow someone to purchase without a card? Or is it a matter of the store being scared that it is their own staff... maybe that is why they are so reluctant to let me have copies of the receipts? Or is Westgate and East Rand Mall in it together?
