I have a broken bedroom suite at home which I bought in 2011.I assume that its still under guarantee as I am paying for it through a monthly debit order. I have reported the matter at the branch in Alberton, during the first week of January. I called the call center from the April almost on weekly basis. I wrote an Email to several people within the company. I just spoke to call center agent now and she said to me she is sorry.
I have lost trust to Geen & Richards shame. How long is complain suppose to take? Everytime I speak to store manager, he promise to give me feedback but nothing happens.
I am not happy at all.
