I am so unhappy with the service that I got from the Sandton City and Braamfontein branch. Just recently, I bought the coat from Identity in Sandton, then they didn't have the correct size and they convinced me to order one, and that I will have it delivered. I fetched it from Braamfontein, and they ordered me a wrong size and now it's my fault. I posted on the identity wall, then they phone me today and told me I can take the coat to the store manager, because they spoke to him. I went there and was told that the store manager is not in, and that they won't credit money back because I have worn the coat, nonsense. I fetched it on the weekend and it's been n my wardrobe since then. They told me that I must come back when the store manager is there, which is something so dumb and stupid. The ladies from the Braamfontein Branch are insolent and don't know how to speak to customer. I gave them the coat and I was very upset because they didn't wanna help me. I feel like Identity is failing us as customers, we pay them well, and the next thing we up for paying clothes that we not even gonna wear. have made me to rethink about whether to stay a customer or not. CHEATS!!
