I placed an order online with Woolworths. and the delivery date was Friday 1 March. The date is now 5 March and the flowers have still not been delivered. I am so sick and tired of paying for services when they are not up to scratch. Woolowths is supposed to have such a good reputaion but i am truly disgusted with the lack of service! when I called the ciustomer care centre they said the diver was there after 5pm and nobody was there. Then why the heck did they ask me what time slot I wanted the flowers to be delivered when they go after 5pm?? and then on Monday 4 March - nobody infomred me of the problem. I was onyl told about it when i called them.
