On the 28th of Jan I had ordered and payed for two necklaces (Order No 44357). 1 -Another Dimension Necklace - Black, 2- Tutti Frutti Necklace - Silver. on the 30th of Jan I received the package. The 'Tutti Frutti Necklace - Silver' was correct but instead of 1'Another Dimension Necklace', I was shipped an incorrect necklace (a necklace which looks like a lego block) which I never ordered or even saw on the website. I send two e-mails already requesting that my order be correct (reference number: # 22383) and (reference number: # 22386). I received one reply promising but after that nothing that. I am still sitting frustrated with a product I never ordered. After my complaint I checked the Citymob website and saw that the necklace I had ordered is out of stock. Did CItymob knowingly sell me an item that they did not have stock of and try pass of some other garbage thinking i would not notice? I have referred 5 friends, must I now tell them that Citymob is just a.
