I ordered a product on-line and made use of Yuppiechef's FREE delivery option. Within 3 working days (a weekend and public holiday were caught in between) they delivered to my office as I couldn't leave work. How cool is that? They included a hand written personal card in the packaging as well and welcomed me as a new customer!
