On Friday 10th January, my Mother in Law, Lesley Dunbar, phoned Woolworths Constantia Village. She was phoning to complain about the bad condition of a bunch of flowers that she had been given, as a gift, from Woolworths. Note that the flowers were not necessarily from the Constantia branch. The manager said that she was welcome to come and exchange the flowers.
The problem is that Lesley is 81 and cannot walk easily and so popping in to exchange the flowers is a mammoth task. On explaining this, Marius said that he would personally bring a new bunch of flowers to her house. Lesley made the call at 8.30 am and by 12noon, the flowers were delivered by Marius.
What incredible service... thank you... Lesley is now telling everyone and asked me to post on Hello Peter.
