On Monday Morning 13 May 2013 I placed an order for a bright bunch of flowers for my mother to be delivered to her work address, they only delivered it on Tuesday morning. I was totally disappointed with the flowers that was delivered, as I paid almost R400 (Incl delivery charges). I took it up with their customer services & they agreed that the flowers delivered wasn't what I ordered & they apologize & said that they will replace the flowers on Wednesday. On Thursday when I phoned them again they said that they want my mother to collect the flowers at home & to take it to her office where they can collect & replace it because it's to far for them to drive to her house. They wanted her to take it to her office on the Friday, according to my mother she said that it wasn't possible as she will be in Bloemfontein. They agreed that she can take it to the office on Monday & that they will then collect it from her when they deliver the new flowers. When I phoned them Monday they said that they will not take back the flowers & they will also not send a new bunch but they will refund me after I told them that I'm not happy with the whole thing. Sad to say I will never use them again :-(
