I Mr CJ Viljoen took a loan from Russels last year in Feb/March 2012 every month my debt order of R1441 goes of on the 25th of each month not one month I was late or skip a payment now we want to buy a house but we couldn't because russels black list us to say we are R542 in arrear where I phoned them and they appolized and correct it but then I phone credit bereau where they said Russels blacklist us now for late payments where I phoned them and emailed them where they admit by email that they made an administrative error but they not responsible and liability whatever we want to do if we want to take this matter futher I send them a mail for about the million times to remove this bad influence of bad debt from our name but they ignore me all the way as there error they made our house loan is no rejected and they don't take any responsibility whats so ever I am now fed up and decided to sue them if this matter cant be resolved I am also sending NCR complaints my complain because I feel that we are now losing the most important thing and that is our dignity and our house.
