My name is Johanna Modjadji. I bought a Slumberland queen bed from Russels in 2011. I didn't immediately use the bed after buying it as I was about to move to my house so it was safely kept at home sealed and remained unused for months.
I experienced discomfort 4 months after using the bed as it was making noise and I could feel the springs on the mattress. I went to Russels to lodge a complaint and this was in October.
They sent a rep from Slumberland to inspect the damage, so they left a note to confirm the inspection and that I must go claim a new base from Russels. When I got to Russels, Abram, the guy I lodged a complaint with told me I shouldn't have came to the store in the first place as they only liaise with the supplier and not me as the customer.
Ok, I was not given feedback but I told him that the mattress is also uncomfortable so they said they will only escalate the mattress complaint once the base is delivered.
I went to the store in January 2013, Abram told me that he just came back from leave when I asked if he has been on leave since October he gave me such attitude!!!
I aked if they can take the old bed for a trade in so that
