It has been almost a year now since I purchased some goods from Russels in Edenvale and until today I have not received one statement of account from them. I have been to the store so many times to complain and still nothing has been done from there side. I am totally fed up with this bad service from them, every time I get there the lady at the accounts I think it is Dikimotso keep saying to me, "Sir I do not know what the problem is your address on the system is correct, and no attempt has been made to find out what the problem is or how to rectify it. The delivery address and my physical address was entered incorrectly on the system and I suspect that the statement have been delivered to the incorrect address or they have not been sent at all by Russels. I was at the Edenvale branch again on the 22/05/2013 and I know that I will wait for another month and will not receive any statements as they are just not bothered.
