I need help in resolving this matter urgently!! with the Bureaux, I have phoned to check in my credit profile, and it still reflect that my account is active with Russels with Arreas, I tried to phone the Russells call center but I am being transfered from piller to post with no assistance, the Bureaux told me that Russels has not yet sent the information that the account has been paid up, can this matter please be resolved as soon as possible and the information be sent to the Bureaux.
