Refused to Exchange damage Good

I bought a Kettle Brand Prestige for R199 and after Months it was leaking, the i exchange with the same brand then after six months i encounter the same problem took it back, i was told the elements was burned and the cannot take it, i refused because if the element was burned it was not going to be on, so the manager was called, insted she suggest that the kettle must be sent to the supplier and i will have to wait = - Six month, then when i told her wht do i use in the mean time, she gave me the attitude, is up to me to buy another one somewhere if i want, but the is nothing she can help me with, so i left the Kettle waiting for the report
