Management not handling their position very well

On the 3th of November i bought a Kambrook kettle from Clicks Jabulani mall. The kettle gave me problems that its leaking and I cant exactly see where its leaking but the place where it is, is always wet and has damaged my cupboard.
So I took the kettle back when i got there, found a lady (think she is the supervisor) and she told me that they need to test it. Called Dudu the Manager and explained to her and I told her that im not really sure where its leaking, she went and tested it as well. She called me and said she cant see where the problem is, told her that so it means I'm lying because in the house where we keep the kettle is wet and she said no. As i was preparing to leave she lifted the kettle and it was wet were they have put it. So i asked her so what is that and i left. Since she was preparing to get back, i had to wait for close to 30mins for her. I finally asked one of the staff to call her as i needed to somewhere, and she told me that she did that on purpose as I gave her bad attitude.
But now I had a right to be angry because i had been in the store for over an hour whilst they "checking". someone need to teach her how to handle customers because she is cheecky.
