Last week wednesday I phoned Edgars about my account!!!
After a while I went through to the sales department and the lady there screamed at me!
the phone line was so bad!!! I couldn't hear anything she said i had to repeat everything and i also had to ask her to repeat everything. eventually she told me my request has been sent through and in the next 48 hours i will receive a call from someone to confirm my request!
it's almost a week now and still NO response! I received my new account and yet again it's the same even more than before!!!
