I have an account with sportscene (foshini group) and if my knowledge serves me right your account is confidential. I received a phone call from my mom saying that foshini has called to her house phone and spoke to her telling her about my account and my account information. I was shocked at this because my account is suppose to be confidential and is not suppose to be discussed with anyone else. I then called there customer services and spoke to a lovely lady called Lee-Anne and she was in shock and apologised and advised me that it was financial services that called as my account is in arrears and they just wanted to confirm payment even though I have made payment on my account of a huge amount they need to know if im going to make payment the next month. Lee-Anne told me they were not suppose to relay any information regarding my account to anyone but the account holder. I have relayed to them that I live on my own not with my parents so why they have called my parents land line number puzzles me as I have asked them several times to remove that number. This is really unacceptable and I want this escalated. This is poor service. I would like to be called on Thursday about this.
