OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT EDGARS MISLEADING

I WENT TO EDGARS THE AVENUE MALL SPRINGS TO OPEN AN NEW ACCOUNT. THEY TOOK MY IDENTITY DOCUMENT AND TOLD ME SHE WILL PHONE CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY WILL THEN SPEAK TO ME. I SPOKE TO THE LADY ON PHONE AND SHE TOLD ME THAT I AM A PRE-APPROVED CUSTOMER. SHE THEN SPOKE TO THE SALES LADY AGAIN. THE SALES LADY SAID SHE WILL ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES SHE CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID SHE CANNOT FIND ME ON THE SYSTEM. ACCORDING TO LETTERS PREVIOUSLY POSTED TO ME I WAS LOCATED WITH A ACCOUNT NO. 7000100110001476794. SHE WENT TO THE MANAGER, CAME BACK AND MADE ANOTHER CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICES. THEY THEN SPOKE TO ME TELEPHONICALLY TO CONFIRM AND UPDATE MY PERSONAL DETAILS SHE THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SALES LADY AGAIN. THE SALES LADY THEN TRIED TO ACTIVIVATE MY NEW ACCOUNT AGAIN WITH NO SUCCESS. ALONG CAME A SENIOR PERSON AND HELPED HER ON THE SYSTEM. SHE THEN INFORMED ME THIS IS NOT WITH THEM IT IS WITH JET. MY QUESTION IS WHAT DOES JET GOT TO DO WITH ME OPENING AN EDGARS ACCOUNT. I APPLIED INSIDE EDGARS TO HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH THEM NOT WITH JET. ALL MY PERSONAL INFO WAS TAKEN, FOR WHAT??? TO BUT THE CHERRY ON TOP IT TOOK 2 HOURS tTO OPEN THIS NEW ACCOUNT AND FOR WHAT? GRRR
