Good day
I was under Debt review, my Edgars account has been overpaid with R310 and funds must be reversed, account closed and a confirmation letter to be emailed to me so that I can clear my name from Debt Review.
On Friday 01 November I phoned 0860112442 spoke to Jaqueline who confirmed that she cannot assist me telephoniically, I can go to any Edgars branch who will assist me. On Saturday 02 Nov I went to Edgars Silverton, stoor assistant confirmed they can't help me, she phoned again and I spoke with Refiloe Mohlala who said Jaqueline did not even make notes on the account I should email copy of my Bank Statement and ID to her personal email address including the request to close account and issue closure letter, the SLA was 48 Hours and she will forward it to correct department.
Wednesday 06 Nov the email was send but no acknowledgement received.
Today, I phoned again and was transferred to Bonga who could not confirm the contact details or email adress of the Debt Review department and said it will take 3 weeks to process this request!
Clearly the staff doesn't know the correct procedures or contact details.
Please assist in resolving this matter ASAP.
