Over a month & still my iPad mini's not delivered

I am still in disbelief as to why FNB still has digital planet as their supplier of smart devices. I have seen nothing but HORRIBLE comments and absolutely shocking customer service. I placed an order on the FNB site for an iPad mini last year early December. I did not get any feedback regarding delivery from FNB so i called FNB and an agent advised their supplier only open on 12 January. Since 12 January i have been in contact with supplier regarding delivery of my devise. On 12 Jan i received an sms advising Digital planet wants to arrange delivery of my devise. On 14 January i called and gave all my details to which i received an sms on that day saying "Digital Planet confirms your Apple iPad delivery. Please note delivery may take up to 6 days depending on your location" I called a day later (Mpume) and was advised Mpumalanga was on the list for delivery on the 17 or 18 Jan as they have stock which they received Tuesday 15/01. I did not receive a thing and called on Monday 21 Jan and Candice told me they will only be receiving stock 22 January and i must call 23 to see when they can deliver. i called yesterday 23/01 and told by Rhavia they are OUT OF STOCK! WHATS HAPPENING???
