We bought a lounge suite from Value Lounge a little over a year ago. We have had endless problems with our recliners and have contacted numerous people since December 2012, we are now in May 2013. We have even gone into the store and left messages. A gentleman by the name of Daniel contacted us and said they did not have a truck to collect the suite and will be in contact with us the next week this has now been over 2 months. The service is unbelievable!!! No one reports back or gives feedback so this is the reason we have taken this route.
