On the 5th August 2013.. I went to Bears Maponya Mall to complain about my lounge suite that is torn, when i got there i found a gentleman by the name of MORGAN, the very same person who initially sold me the lounge suite back in 2011..i was assisted by someone else but he knows me because from the time i bought that lounge suite i have been experiencing endless problems with it..firstly i was told that the lounge suite that i bought in Sept 2011 was out of warranty when i asked how come i was told because the warranty is a yr however they said a supplier is supposed to fx my lounge suite, this is after i threw a tantrum..then they said it would take at least a week before they would fetch it..to this day i am still waiting for that lounge suite to be fetched never mind the fact that i paid R20.000 FOR A PLEATHER NOT REAL LEATHER... I DO'T EVEN OWE THEM A CENT..BEARS DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE... AS LONG AS THEY SELL THEIR CHEAP MATERIAL FURNITURE TO UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS THEY ARE HAPPY IF IT WERE UP TO ME I WOULD TELL PPL NOT TO BUY ANYTHING AT BEARS..THEY ARE REALLY CHEAP MANUFACTURES... SHAME ON YOU FOR YOUR AP PAULING SERVICE... you are DISGUSTING...
