I took back one of my lounge suite to Geen & Richards last year November to be fixed and returned back to me. I contacted the store manager several times (Bertha) but did not get any positive feedback. I even contacted their customer services number 0861 100 151 and obtain reference number 160014 and still no positive feedback. Now what i need to do is to take the rest of the lounge suite and take it back to the shop and demand my money, as it was fully paid up. I bought the lounge suite in December 2011 and settled it in August 2012, but the service i am getting is so ridiculous, thanks.
