Expensive lounge suite-No after Sales Service

On the 21 July 2012 we bought a 3 piece 5 recliner Lounge suite for R25000-00 with a 1 year Guarantee.
On the 31 May 2013 the 2 Division right spring broke and was collected to be repaired.
A few days later the 3 Division middle seat spring broke or came loose? and when reporting it we were told they would take it once returning the 2 Division. Bottom line both have been returned and taken back as they have not been repaired, but worse still they have been torn by an incompetent repairer or at the warehouse. We have not had our full suite since the 3 May 2013. We have now been given an uncomfortable suite that has no recliners and our whole suite has been take away. Our original Guarantee on this suite expires on the 21July 2013 WHICH IS TODAY.
A Lounge suite lasting 10 months I ask you.. IS THIS MANY YEARS? as these were the words used when selling the suite to us
I ask you at a cost of R25000-00 is this VALUE FOR MONEY? as these were the words used when the Lounge Suite was sold to us...
a big disappointment...
