I bought linen for R499. On 02.01.2013 I paid R299 by internet. I was 2 1/2 months in hospital and was not at home to pay the rest, so my daughter helped me and paid the whole amount of R499 on 15.03.2013. I got another bill for R212.21 and phonecalls and smse to pay my account. I paid the R212.21 on 25.04.2013.
Now the linen cost me R1010.21.
I phoned this morning 0861 999 194 and they still want another R75 from me. She said I did not let them know that I want to close the card.
