I bought linen at @HOME during December for cash... Eyptian cotton that I had been saving for for a long time.
During February 2013 I noticed that the fitted sheet had made had "scuff marks"' exactly where we sleep.(the whole area where the bodies rest)
I returned to @HOME with the sheet and they took it from me without giving me a receipt of any kind.
I've been back twice to enquire about my sheet, but they claim to have sent it, fist to Jhb and now to Cape Town... the lady promised to call me the next day.
I've been back AGAIN, and again they promised to call me with the outcome... needless to say: NO PHONECALL?
If I was happy with sub standard linen, I would've bought something a lot cheaper.
