On the 08/05 I requested business cards to be made using a template colleagues of mine have used.
My colleagues informed me they paid about R200 for 500 cards. In my original email I explained this to Alliedprint - Jarrad.
I was then sent a copy of what the card would look like, a colour print on both sides of the card. I agreed to this. I was then sent an invoice for R226.85 for the agreed upon card which was colour on the front & the back of the card. I made payment on 09/05.
2 hours after making payment I was informed by Jarrad that the representation of the cards sent was not what he had quoted me R226.85 but was R399.00.
I then emailed him back on the 09 & 10/05 stating that I had already paid for what I had been quoted on & I wanted the cards I had paid for! I did not receive a reply!
Monday morning I have been emailed by Mark Mortimer stating that in order for me to have what I was quoted on I would have to pay a further R172.00 in total R399.00.
Talk about disgusting service! To be quoted on 1 item & then told no it's not the quoted price but in order to get my product I would have to pay even more than originally quoted! Beware, use at your own risk!
