My husband purchased an iPad 2 Keyboard with cover for me for Christmas. He purchased the voucher on 14.12.2012, the voucher value is R1099.00 it cost R499.00 and they claim you save R600.00. The expected delivery was 04.01.2013 which never happened. After numerous emails and finally becoming nasty i received my keyboard and cover on Friday afternoon. The cover and keyboard was in a Homemark Milex box. Walking through The Glen on Sunday morning i saw the exact same product at Homemark, branded Milex (same box ect, for R299.95. i also checked Homemarks website and the keyboard and cover are there for R299.95 as well. PARDON? My husband paid R499.00 and here it is for R299.95??? i called groupon now and the response i got was the voucher value is how much you save direct from the supplier, i would be okay with that if it hadnt been delivered to my home in a Homemark Milex box! i didnt save a cent, i over payed for this item! by ALOT. Now i ask myself, has this happened with the rest of my vouchers from them?? Are we really saving? i would have never known any better but i just caught Groupon out, how many other people have suffered the same fate.
