I got call from Absa vehicle finance informing me that my application was unsuccessful because edgars listed me as a slow payer. The sad thing is that i was listed for R117.00 shortfall on my monthly installments. This short payment was for one month only May 2013 so because of that i can not get VF.
I called edgars and was sent from department to department. I eventually ended in the listing department and was told i was listed because my may 2013 short payment. Now i need to make another payment before 07/07/13 and only then will my name be removed within 30 days of making payments
I have been with EDGARS for so many years and i could swear that i did miss a payment once but i was never listed for that.
I have a bad payment record and this is affecting my credit record.
EDGARS!!! why listing me for a short fall payment of R117.00?
