I have never been so disappointed and shocked in any retail store and I have never been treated like this at any store!
We went to buy flowers for my mother on Saturday 11 May 2013.
After taking a bunch of roses we paid the R120 with no problem at all, we then took the prices off in the store as these were a gift only to find out that you are and lying to customers!!
After calling the person responsible for the flowers area to confront him, he just said that the R120 is the correct price and the attitude towards my wife and I was "take it or leave it" after paying.
I then called his manager - Andrew from Flower Tower
He was even worse and told me that the price is R120 and it is my problem. Underneath the R120 label you have the same bunch of roses labeled as R79.99 He had no problem in showing me the door and not trying to resolve what could possibly become very ugly for Food Lovers Market.
I can't believe that Food Lovers would even allow staff to treat customers the way that Andrew and his right hand man treated us!! I also can't believe that he did not even try and rectify the mistake made by them.
No more shopping at Food Lovers!!!
